You can upgrade to any Wix hosting that you would like on your own with access to the account!

If you would like to have a higher tier hosting included in your plan, we can do that with a custom plan for you. Please request this option and which hosting plan you would like to include and I can raise the price to reflect the hosting costs so it is all wrapped up into one payment. Are there any additional costs such as down payments, setup fees, or hidden charges?

Yes. Any apps that you would like to add that charges that you would like to use would be an additional cost. Your domain and hosting is extra as well.

Where will my website be built?

Your website will be designed and created on Clifton Designs account in WIX.

When will my website be started?

Accepted Answer

That depends on if any customers purchased before you. Website design creation will start once all site content (text, logo, images, etc.) has been given. The website design process will begin! This will take around 1-3 weeks to get the initial home page design concept to show you.

I need a custom plan, can you help?

Where do I send my content?

Send all images, logos, contact information, everything to sandy@cliftondesigns.coml(mailto:sandy@cliftondesigns.com)abeled with where it goes. Please make sure you proof read and that it is ready for the website.

We're Live!

The last step to make your site live is to point your domain to our web server. I can give you instructions on how to do this, or you can have me perform the point free of charge! And your website is up!

Monthly Service Requests - Site Updates

Monthly service requests are given only after website is up and running. Once that happens you will have 1-2 service requests per month . It is best to collect all your changes and send them at one time.

Failure to make payment.

Accepted Answer

A 5 day grace period will be allowed to those that need to update the credit card on file. Failure to make payment will result in the website going offline and unavailable to you and the internet.  By purchasing this plan you agree to the terms listed on this site under the work order page via link.

I need a custom email can you help?

Accepted Answer

Emails/custom emails are not part of the plans and are separate costs. You can have custom email through wix but you would also be billed for this. Please request pricing for email and options available.

What if I want control of my website?

12 Month Minimum Contract
A yearly commitment is required for the monthly plan in order to keep the website live. Cancelling the plan means no site. After that, Cancel anytime with no fees or hassle after the 12 month min.

How do I post my blog entries?

You can have access to post blog posts!

You can write and publish blog posts from your mobile device without any special setup or app required! Just log in to your site and post!

Blog roles and their associated permissions
You can choose from three different roles to assign when you invite people to collaborate on your blog: Blog Editor, Blog Writer, and Guest Writer.

Tip: 
You can also add Managed Writers to your blog without giving them any permissions. Adding a writer this way means that you can attribute a specific post to them on a one-time basis.

Each blog role has different permissions associated with it. For example, Blog Editors can write and manage their own posts and other writers' posts, whereas Blog Writers can only write and manage their own posts.
