Website Design

In purchasing any services from Clifton Designs, you, the client, agree to the following terms of this contract. All services require the amount of a project to be paid in full before work may begin. The amount paid to Clifton Designs is non-refundable without exception. Cancellations, partial or other refunds are not offered. In the event that a client during the developmental stage of a project has not responded to communication attempts within 30 days to further the completion of the project, the project shall be canceled without prior notice and all previously paid amounts will be forfeited to Clifton Designs.

 

Website Design Services:

Hosting is not included. Must purchase hosting on the CMS platform that the website I am creating is built on. Website design completion can take anywhere from a week to several months depending on current work load.  

 

Stock images are not included in invoice amount and clients are responsible for all images/content provided and used on websites.

 

Payment: Payment in full is due at time of start of project. If a half payment was collected the remainder will be due after the DESIGN is completed with no longer than 15 days after the design has been completed.

 

Time frame for projects take anywhere from a few weeks to several months depending on how many are ahead of you. If you would like a rush job (within 1-5 business days) an additional charge will be applied on a separate invoice.

 

Email: If using godaddy or another outside email provider the client is responsible in setting up and making sure that their email is working correctly. Down email is in no fault to Clifton Designs. 

 

Website Maintenance:

All payments to be made in full before work to begin.

Monthly Subscriptions are billed each month automatically. 

Time frame for work to start is on a when available basis.

Non refundable

A 3 month min. is needed for all montly subscription plans.

 

 

All designs created by Sandy Clifton can and will be used for promotional purposes to display on sites like a portfolio, website, facebook, blog, etc..
